Copyright & Acceptable Use Policy
This Copyright & Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) governs and strictly regulates your access to and use of the Hypergrasp™ platform operated by VERA AI Pvt Ltd (“Hypergrasp™ ”, “we”, “us”, “our”) and forms an integral and binding part of the Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Compliance with this Policy is a condition of your access to and use of the Platform. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by this Policy. In the event of any inconsistency between this Policy and the platform T&C, then the T&C shall prevail.
1. USER OBLIGATIONS AND WARRANTIES
You represent, warrant and undertake on a continuing basis that:
- you own, control, or have secured all necessary rights, licences, consents and permissions to upload, use, process, reproduce and create derivative works from any content submitted to the Platform
- your content and its use through the Platform does not and will not infringe, misappropriate, or violate any intellectual property rights, contractual rights, confidentiality obligations, or any other rights of any third party
- your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws, regulations and licensing requirements in all relevant jurisdictions.
These obligations are fundamental conditions of your use of the Platform.
2. ABSOLUTE PROHIBITIONS
You shall not, under any circumstances, upload, process, generate or use the Platform in connection with:
- copyrighted books, textbooks, articles, journals, research papers or other published materials without valid and sufficient rights or licences
- third-party training content, courses, certifications or educational materials that you do not own or are not expressly authorised to use for derivative purposes
- any content obtained or used in breach of contractual restrictions, licence terms or legal obligations
- any material that infringes or is likely to infringe any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret or other proprietary right
- any attempt to use the Platform to replicate, extract, substitute or compete with proprietary content of third parties without proper authorisation.
Any breach of this section shall be deemed a material breach of the Terms.
3. PERMITTED USE (STRICTLY CONDITIONAL)
Use of the Platform is permitted only where you have clear and demonstrable rights, including:
- content created internally by your organisation
- content owned by you or your organisation
- content licensed to you with explicit rights to create derivative training materials
- materials provided by third parties or clients with documented authorisation
- public domain or lawfully available open-source content.
Where there is any doubt regarding rights or permitted use, you must refrain from uploading the content.
4. PLATFORM STATUS AND DISCLAIMERS
Hypergrasp™ operates solely as a technology platform and intermediary service provider.
- Hypergrasp™ does not monitor, review, verify, validate or approve user content.
- Hypergrasp™ has no obligation to assess legality, ownership or compliance of any content.
- Hypergrasp™ does not endorse or assume responsibility for any content or output generated through the Platform.
You acknowledge that all content is processed and approved by the user’s own team and that Hypergrasp™ has no control over how users’ source or use content.
5. ENFORCEMENT AND TAKEDOWN
Hypergrasp™ reserves the absolute right, at its sole discretion and without liability, to:
- remove, disable access to, or restrict any content
- suspend or terminate account
- block access to the Platform
- take any other action it deems necessary to protect its interests or comply with legal obligations.
Such actions may be taken with or without prior notice.
Upon receipt of any complaint or notice alleging infringement, Hypergrasp™ may act expeditiously to remove or restrict access to the relevant content without undertaking detailed adjudication.
6. REPEAT INFRINGEMENT AND ACCOUNT ACTION
Where a user is found, or reasonably suspected, to:
- repeatedly upload infringing content
- misuse the Platform in violation of this Policy; or
- expose Hypergrasp™ to legal, regulatory or reputational risk,
Hypergrasp™ may immediately suspend or permanently terminate such user’s access, without prejudice to any other rights or remedies.
7. USER LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY
You shall be solely and fully liable for:
- all content uploaded, processed, generated or distributed through your account
- any infringement of third-party rights
- any claims, damages, losses, penalties or liabilities arising from your use of the Platform.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Hypergrasp™ , its affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, losses, damages, costs and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of or in connection with:
- your breach of this Policy or the Terms
- your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights; or
- any content associated with your account.
8. NO SAFE ASSUMPTIONS ON FAIR USE
Hypergrasp™ does not provide any guidance or assurance on whether a particular use qualifies as fair use or any similar legal exception.
You acknowledge that:
- such determinations are complex and jurisdiction-specific
- reliance on “educational use” or similar concepts does not automatically create a legal defence; and
- You bear full responsibility for any such reliance.
9. COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS
You are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable intellectual property laws, including cross-border requirements where content is accessed, processed or distributed internationally.
Hypergrasp’s role is limited to that of an intermediary platform as described in the Terms.
10. MODIFICATIONS
Hypergrasp™ may amend or update this Policy at any time. Updated versions will be effective upon publication. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.

12. ACCEPTANCE
By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by this Policy and the Terms.
